Guided by our Master Instructor Nicholas Tang, our Aerial Hoop Instructor Courses will equip you with the knowledge and abilities to safely and effectively teach introductory through to intermediate aerial hoop skills. Get hands-on with us and take your aerial hoop journey to the next level!

LEVEL 1 AERIAL INSTRUCTOR COURSE

In our two-day Level 1 Aerial Hoop Instructor Course, you will learn introductory and beginner aerial hoop skills and how to safely and effectively teach them in a class setting. Entries and exits from the hoop are broken down, spotting techniques and fundamental aerial hoop conditioning are demonstrated. Working under and over the bottom bar, the Level 1 Course will equip you with everything you need to take students through various poses and flow sequences such as Man on the Moon, Birdie, Mermaid, Knee Hooks and much more.

Pre-requisites:
Minimum of 6 months of aerial hoop experience and a referral letter from your home studio to confirm.

Schedule:
Friday December 13th and Saturday December 14th: 5pm - 10pm
Sunday December 15th: 10am-1pm

Cost:
EARLY BIRD (before November 15): HKD$4800
After November 15: HKD$5800
