Aerial Silks
Introductory
Aerial silks is where strength meets beauty and every move tells a story.
Our introductory classes are perfect for those braving the wonderful world of aerial fabric for the first time. We will take you through fundamental techniques and body conditioning for aerial silks that will prepare you for suspending yourself in the air!
Prerequisites: None
What to wear: Comfortable clothing that covers knees, elbows and torso are a must. No footwear required

Beginner
Ah! So you’ve had a taster and want more? This is the level for you. You will learn to climb, twist and go upside down. A few other tricks you will learn:
Drops: Practice different types of drops with control and precision, always prioritizing safety.
Dynamic Movements: Work on transitioning smoothly between poses and movements to create captivating sequences.
Sequences and Transitions: Develop the ability to string together sequences of movements and fluid transitions between poses to create cohesive and visually engaging performances.
One-Arm Skills: Building the strength and stability for one-arm holds and movements can open up a whole new dimension in your aerial silks practice.
Prerequisites: Have completed Level 1 or equivalent introductory classes thereby able to demonstrate basic conditioning and technique on silk

Who teaches:
Intermediate
This is where the REAL fun begins! Now that you are familiar with foot and hip locks, and being off the ground no longer makes your brain fuzzy, it’s time to combine moves into elegant sequences. You will be limited only by your imagination and daringness (well, the ceiling too!).
Prerequisites: Basic climb, single foot lock, double foot lock, hip lock
