ABOUT HER
Alice is a French aerialist with a background in gymnastics. She began her aerial silks training in Japan in 2010, studying under the guidance of Mai Sato, a former performer with Cirque du Soleil. Alice then went on to receive additional training at a French circus school, Les Noctambules, as well as in the United States at Aerial Arts NYC.
In 2013, Alice relocated to Hong Kong. The following year, in 2014, she competed in the 'Amateur Silks' category at the Pole Paradise international competition and secured the top spot. The following year, in 2015, Alice placed third in the 'Professional Silks' category at the same competition.
After a brief hiatus due to two pregnancies, Alice returned to aerial silks and teaching in 2023. During this time, she not only regained her previous skills but also fine-tuned her techniques, ultimately reaching new levels of proficiency.
HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
Alice's specialty lies in strength and balance, though she also places a strong emphasis on gracefulness and precision. Her teaching approach focuses on the details that make the crucial difference, employing a progressive methodology that yields fast results for her students.
