STUDIO POLICIES


Cancellation Policy

Group Classes:
Please give Aerial Arts Academy at least 6 hours notice of your cancellation in order to give enough time for someone else to take up your spot. Cancellations made within the 6-hour period are subject to 'Late Cancel' and charged. 

Private Classes:
24-hours advance notice is required to cancel or reschedule your Private Class. Cancellations made within the 24 hour period are subject to 'Late Cancel' and charged.

Private Parties: 
7-days advance notice is required to reschedule your Private Party. Any and all rescheduling will be at the sole discretion of AAA and subject to availability.

Lateness Policy

For the safety of students and instructors, students who arrive late by 10 minutes or more to class may not be permitted to participate in the class, subject to the discretion of their instructor. Updating and enforcing our lateness policy has been done to ensure we continue to operate the safest environment for students and our instructors.

 

Class Cancellation By Studio Policy

In the event where a 2-credit or 3-credit class only has one sign-up, the class will be cancelled by Aerial Arts Academy two hours prior to the class time. The student will be notified by phone and/or email immediately and the credits returned to the student's account.

Terms of Sale Policy

Credits are tied to one account and cannot be shared.

Once purchased, refunds will not be given. Our schedule changes base on instructor and studio availability. Class cancellation may occurs last minutes, and none of our credit package are tided to a specific class or instructor. Hence, no refund will be given if the class got cancelled on our end. Credits will be returned to your account immediately. Rescheduling or credit transfer is allowed, talk to our staff before making any purchase.

Please give us up to 24 hours to process payments if you are paying via Payme, FPS or Bank Transfer.

Rescheduling of appointments and classes are based on the Cancellation Policy above.

Aerial Arts Academy reserves the rights to change any class schedule.

If there is a medical reason you are unable to continue with your classes or courses, you will need to provide a medical note from your doctor to support your refund claim. If management approves, the refund will take up to 31 working days to process.

In any case of refunding, there will be a 8% service charge of the total refund amount.

Bad Weather Policy

If T8 signal is hoisted during non-opening hours (10pm-10am), all studios will remain closed and will open 2-hours after the warning signal is lowered.

If T8 signal is hoisted during opening hours (10am-10pm), all studios will close 1-hour after the T8 warning signal is hoisted.

If T8 signal is lowered on or after 7pm, all studios will remain closed.

All studios will reopen in 2-hours if the T8 warning signal is lowered before 7pm.

For Black Rain, all studios will remain open if the warning signal is hoisted during opening hours.

If Black Rain is hoisted 2-hours before class, class will be cancelled.

If Red Rain is hoisted 2-hours before class, students may reschedule the class as long as the studio receive the rescheduling request via phone call (2375-8088) or email (info@aerialartsacademy.com) 1-hour before class. Without a proper notice, credits will still be deducted.

If classes are cancelled due to Black Rain or T8, Pay-As-You-Go members will not be charged and course members will get course classes rescheduled/replaced.

Classes will resume coinciding with the opening of the studio.
