ABOUT HER

Cherrie is a versatile fitness and wellness instructor with a diverse set of certifications. In 2017, she completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training under the guidance of Patrick Creelman, making a career transition from digital marketing to full-time yoga teaching.

Since then, Cherrie has expanded her expertise by obtaining additional certifications in various modalities. She is now also certified to teach Xtend Barre (2023), TRX (2018), Fatburn Extreme (2019), AntiGravity Yoga (2018), and Inside Flow (2019). This broad range of qualifications allows her to offer a well-rounded approach to movement and mindfulness in her classes.

 
 
 

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Cherrie's teaching philosophy emphasizes the importance of self-awareness and body-mind connection. In her classes, she guides students to listen to their bodies and do their personal best. By providing precise alignment cues, she aims to help her students open up space within their bodies and gain a deeper understanding of themselves. Cherrie believes that through mindful movement and stretching, individuals can cultivate a stronger bond between their physical and mental well-being.
