Rachel Wu, an aerial hammock instructor based in Hong Kong, transitioned from a corporate training role to pursue her passion in aerial arts in 2018. The discovery of aerial hammock not only provided personal healing but also introduced her to a diverse range of movements and combinations that brought her immense joy and fulfillment. 

Rachel's objective is to share the sense of joy and peace that aerial hammock practice has instilled in her with her students. Her classes offer a welcoming and positive environment that strikes a balance between challenge and achievement.
