ABOUT HER

Sheila is a seasoned aerial arts practitioner and instructor based in Hong Kong. Her journey with the aerial arts began in 2013, when she first started training on the aerial hoop. Three years later, in 2016, she expanded her repertoire to include pole dancing as well.

Through her dedicated practice and training, Sheila has found that the aerial arts have had a transformative impact on her personal growth and self-discovery. Moreover, Sheila has expressed that the practice has helped her develop a deeper understanding of herself, both physically and mentally, in ways that no other sport or activity has before.

HER TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Inspired by her own transformative experience, Sheila is now passionate about sharing the lessons she has learned with her students. Her teaching approach is focused on guiding her students through the enriching process of mastering the aerial arts, rather than solely on the end result. Sheila takes great joy in witnessing her students' progress and celebrating their accomplishments, no matter how big or small.

In her classes, Sheila strives to create an energetic and inclusive environment where students feel empowered to push their boundaries in a comfortable and supportive way. Her aim is for everyone to have fun, build confidence, and ultimately experience the magic that the aerial arts can bring.
